Labor to Labor Walk This Weekend
Can you feel it? With the Election just a few weeks away, the wind is at our backs and the momentum is clearly shifting our way. Hoosiers are sick of the attacks on working families like us and the extreme views of radical politicians seeking office. If we want to make sure the wind at our back is more than just hot air – and that the momentum we feel results in victory on Election Day – then we all need to get busy. We need you to join in the fight NOW! This weekend labor to labor walks will be held in swing districts across the state for our slate of endorsed candidates. These walks are a extremely effective way to reach undecided union member families and educate them about the choices this Election. We’ve also established a new call center in Indianapolis which uses predictive dialing technology to help us reach more working Hoosiers. Using this system computers actually dial the phone numbers for you and volunteers only speak to live call recipients – saving valuable time and increasing the efficiency of a phone bank hour by approximately 400%! Please click here to volunteer for a two-hour shift at the predictive dialing phone bank, and see below for opportunities to walk this weekend in targeted areas. With your help we can put an end to the attacks on working people like us by electing worker friendly candidates to offices up and down ballot. There are just a few weeks to go before Election Day – please get involved and make a difference! Anderson Lafayette Munster Princeton Richmond Sullivan |
