8/31 - 9/3 – Labor Day Celebration in Southwest Indiana
You are invited to the 126th Labor Day Celebration which runs from August 31 through September 3 at the Pike County Fairgrounds in Petersburg. For a full run down of events, including the parade, click here.

9/1  – Indianapolis Labor Day Parade  -- Canceled due to inclimate weather
THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELED! Join the Central Indiana CLC for the 2012 Labor Day Parade in downtown Indianapolis. The parade line up begins at 9:00 a.m. and the parade steps off at 11:00 a.m. at the corner of North and Pennsylvania. Come for an afternoon of guest speakers, music, food, raffles & lots of solidarity. For more information contact the Central Indiana Labor Council here.

9/3 – Muncie Labor Day Picnic
The annual United Way Solidarity Labor Day Picnic will be held in Muncie from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Mansfield Park located at 2801 S. Eaton Ave. Bring a lawn chair and enjoy the day. There will be a car show, picnic, music children activities and other events held throughout the afternoon. For more information contact the East Central Indiana CLC here.

9/3 – Fort Wayne Labor Day Picnic
The Annual Labor Day Picnic will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Headwaters Park in downtown Fort Wayne. All union members and their families are invited as well as employed, unemployed and anxiously employed workers. Enjoy free chili, hot dogs, ethnic foods, ice cream, milk, pop and beer. Bring the whole family and enjoy kiddie rides, face painting, balloon artists, bingo, and the great headwaters park water pad. For more information contact the Northeast Indiana CLC here.

9/3 – Terre Haute Labor Day Parade

The Wabash Valley CLC invites you to its annual Labor Day Parade and bean dinner. The parade line up starts at 10:00 a.m. at the corner of 11th and Wabash and the parade begins at 11:00 a.m. and ends with a bean dinner at Fairbanks Park. For more information contact the Wabash Valley CLC here.

9/3 - Lafayette Labor Day Picnic

Join the Northwest Indiana CLC for its annual Labor Day Picnic at Columbian Park in Lafayette. The picnic will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. For more information contact the Northwest Indiana CLC here.

9/3 – Elkhart Labor Day Picnic & Parade
